Custom Products
Due to the custom nature of our stationery products, returns are generally not accepted once production has begun. We work closely with clients during the design and approval process to ensure satisfaction before production.
Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
Refund Process
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
